Most of the good stuff happens off to the side.

I am a photographer and content creator. I shoot events, people and the ordinary bits in between, and I make the social content that goes with it, which more and more is the same job.

I work on a digital camera in available light. No lighting rigs, not much arranging. The pictures I like best are usually the ones taken thirty seconds before or after the thing everyone showed up for, and I have never really grown out of that.

Most recently I spent a day photographing the FIFA Fan Festival in Kansas City, almost entirely from behind the stage.

I am open to event coverage, portraits, editorial commissions and brand work. If you are trying to make something look true rather than expensive, we will probably get along.
